21 August 2025 Pursuant to FAR Part 14, the Contracting Officer hereby notifies all interested parties that this solicitation FA6670-25-B-0004, Replace Installation Main Gate Sign - RVKQ 24-0007, is cancelled in its entirety for convenience of the Government, as there is no longer a requirement for the project. This decision has been made in accordance with the authority granted under FAR 14.209(a)(1), which permits the cancellation of bids before opening when it is deemed to be in the best interest of the government. All potential offerors are advised that the solicitation is no longer active, and any bids submitted will be returned unopened to the bidders. The government may re-evaluate the requirement and potentially re-solicit at a later date. Interested vendors are encouraged to monitor SAM.gov for future updates. We appreciate the effort and interest of all parties who responded or expressed interest. Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to complete the following construction project, RVKQ 24-0007, Replace Installation Main Gate Sign, to include the following: This project will replace NFARS’ main gate sign off Lockport Road. Selectively demolish existing damaged sign and all ancillary components for new sign to be installed. Develop and install a new installation specific sign designed in accordance with UFC 3-120-01 to display “Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station Main Gate”. Work will be performed at the 914th Air Refueling Wing, Niagara Falls ARS, Niagara County, NY. Performance time is 45 calendar days. A single Firm Fixed-Price construction contract will be awarded. This solicitation is set-aside 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, concerns IAW FAR Subpart 19.14. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $45,000,000. Electronic bid submissions will not be accepted or returned. Bid, Payment and Performance Bonds will be required. Liquidated damages will be identified in the solicitation and placed under the proposed contract. All applicable provisions and clauses will be included in the actual solicitation. Site visit information will be provided in the solicitation; prime contractors, subcontractors and/or suppliers may attend the site visit. The complete solicitation will only be available electronically at https://sam.gov. No paper / hard copies will be provided. It is the contractor's responsibility for downloading the RFP documents and for monitoring the website for possible amendments, any changes or updates. Interested vendors may register their contact information at the Federal Business Opportunities website under this notice. The list will be available online and is to facilitate subcontracting opportunities. Contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and have their Online Representations and Certifications completed. Failure to register in the database will render the contractor ineligible for award. Offerors must also be actively registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) - https://wawf.eb.mil This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract nor does it obligate the government to pay and/or reimburse respondents and/or their associates for any costs incurred to submit the requested information and/or a proposal.
