The 910th Airlift Wing requires repair and corrective work to the Aircraft Fire Training Facility (AFTF) aircraft mock-up at Youngstown Air Reserve Station. An inspection conducted in August 2025 and finalized in April 2026 identified deficiencies in the burner and ignition systems, structural components, corrosion protection, sprinkler system, propane distribution, emergency shutoff, control systems, and associated components. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the work per the Statement of Work and specifications. Required tasks include burner and ignition repairs, sprinkler head replacement, structural steel and corrosion remediation, door and grating repairs, emergency shutoff and solenoid valve installation, and control-system upgrades. All work must restore full system functionality and comply with applicable standards such as USAF Technical Order 35E1-2-13-1 and relevant NFPA codes.
