This is a full and open competition for a one-year, firm-fixed-price contract to supply electricity generation, with an estimated annual consumption of 9,250,000 KWH. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-price, technically acceptable offer, and all payments will be made through First Energy – Ohio Edison. Performance is tied to the Ohio Edison service area, and all supplies must be domestic in origin. To be considered, offerors must be registered with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) as an electricity generator, have active and accurate company information in SAM, and have complete Reps and Certs in SAM. Funding is not presently available for this acquisition.
