This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA665625Q0003 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-01 (12 November 2024) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice (10 October 2024). This solicitation is 100 percent total small business set-aside: the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this commercial item is 327910 the small business size standard is 900 employees. The 910th AW has a requirement to remove and replace components on current Empire Abrasive Blast Equipment plastic media booth cabinets listed below. PARTS MUST BE EMPIRE ABRASIVE EQUIPMENT Vendor’s business must be an authorized dealer Empire Abrasive Equipment. The National Guard and Reserve Equipment Account (NGREA) funding is presently available for this acquisition. This acquisition is for the purchase of the following item(s): CLIN 0001: Plastic Media Booth Cabinet – Model 3648 CLIN 0002: Plastic Media Booth Cabinet – Model 6060 Please see attached: ATTH 1 - Statement of Work Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers (i) technical capability of item to meet the government requirement in accordance with the above CLINs. (ii) Price. Government's intent is to award a single contract from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantage to the Government, in accordance with FAR 52.212-2.
