SCHEDULE OF SERVICES: This acquisition is for the purchase of Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS): Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform integrated solid waste management services at Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio. Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. Government's intent is to award a single firm fixed-price contract between the Government and the Contractor, to the lowest price technically acceptable offer in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the government to pay for any quote preparation costs. The resulting contract will consist of a twelve-month basic period, four one-year options, and a six-month extension option which may be exercised after any contract period.
