This opportunity is for grounds maintenance services at Homestead Air Reserve Base in Homestead, FL, under a 100% Competitive 8(a) Set Aside. The contract will have a base year plus four option years, with performance anticipated to begin on May 23, 2026. Offerors must be able to mobilize and begin on-site performance within 7 calendar days after award. A site visit is scheduled for May 5, 2026, and attendance is strongly encouraged. The government will use a performance-price tradeoff evaluation, where past performance is significantly more important than price.
