Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a small business set-aside to establish multiple Blank Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for commercial lodging within a 30-mile radius of Homestead Air Reserve Base, Florida. Each BPA can have a performance period of up to five years, with a minimum order value of $1.00 and a ceiling amount that can be modified by the Contracting Officer. To be considered, contractors must submit a capability statement demonstrating how they meet all requirements, including a current price list within GSA per diem rates. Award will be made to responsible offerors whose documentation passes an initial quality surveillance inspection. The capability statements must be submitted to the specified Contract Specialist via email.
