The completion contractor will construct a new slab on grade and steel frame canopy to accommodate the new Fitness Outdoor Facility to provide adequate outdoor facilities for personnel to maintain their physical conditioning. The facility will have a total of 2,000 sf. and the proposed layout is 50 ft by 40 ft. Sustainable principles, to include Life Cycle cost-effective practices, will be integrated into the design, development, and construction of the project in accordance with Executive Order 13423, 10 USC 2802 (c), and all other applicable laws and Executive Orders. A revised PWS was added with new information. (see last page of PWS for new information) As 01 August 2022: A revised attachment 1 was submitted , Refer to Attachment 1 Request for Proposal Memo Rev 2 Questions & Answers were posted. As 03 August 2022: A revised SOW, Attachment 2 was submitted. Refer to solicitaiton amendment number 3 for additional information. As of 8 August 2022 Revision to Offer Acceptance days. RFP date extended.
