The Department of the Air Force, 482nd Homestead ARB, FL has a requirement is to perform monthly maintenance for 5 RGF ULTRASORB water treatment units. Statement of Work Statement (SOW) dated 17 October 2019. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. A site visit of the area for service is scheduled on 28 August 2020 at 9:00 a.m. (EST). Provide the name(s) of the representative(s), not to exceed two persons, from your company to reinaldo.mare@us.af.mil. Attendance at the site visit is encouraged but not mandatory. There will not be an opportunity to schedule an alternate day for a site visit, if your company cannot attend. Proposal are due by 12:00 PM EST on 4 September 2020. Any questions regarding this acquisition should be addressed to reinaldo.mare@us.af.mil . We anticipate a single award contract based on Total Evaluated Price (TEP). This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 562211 and the small business size standard is $41.5 Million. This will be a firm fixed price contract. Offerors are required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to receive an award. The solicitation will be made available only on the Beta SAM.gov website. Paper copies will not be available. No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted.
