Offerors must provide fully burdened daily, weekly, and monthly rates, comply with Service Contract Labor Standards wage determinations, and prove the ability to have qualified technicians on-site within four hours of an emergency call. Award will be made on a lowest-priced technically acceptable basis, evaluating technical capability, price, and past performance.
