The BOS Services contract includes training for Homestead ARB Reservists. Period of Performance is 1 Mar 2021 to 28 Feb 2022. This action will be sole source to Phoenix Management Inc. Phoenix Management possesses the performance continuity and unique operational knowledge of the services required to support the base to prevent a lapse of mission essential services required for AFRC mission requirements. In accordance with FAR 6.305(d)(3), justifications shall be made publicly available and must remain posted for a minimum of 30 days.
