FY26 AFRC AI Enabled Training
The U.S. Air Force Reserve Command requires a customized virtual training package with live-facilitated virtual simulation, customized military scenario creation, and real-time technical and administrative support. The contractor will deliver AI-enabled avatar-based interactive training to measure and improve critical conversational elicitation techniques, conducted one-on-one with the 64 IS member being evaluated over the year of performance. Contractor personnel do not need to be in the room with the evaluated member but must run the simulation from a contractor-determined location, and the government will provide two weeks’ notice of the day/time support needed on an upcoming UTA. Formal responses to submitted questions are published and must be acknowledged and incorporated into final quotations. Due to fiscal year-end constraints, evaluation will rank timely quotations by lowest price and award to the first technically acceptable quotation, proceeding sequentially until an acceptable quotation is found.
