This project involves repairing doors and the Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) at Building 755 on the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The primary work includes patching EIFS damages, replacing door operators and hardware, removing and infilling a doorway, relocating a sign, and rerouting an alarm conduit inside the facility. All work must be performed at 760 Military Hwy, Building 755 in Minneapolis.
