This is a competitive 100% total small business set-aside for a "Design-Build" construction contract to design and Repair Mass Notification and Fire Alarm system B821 and B870 at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station (MSP-ARS), Minnesota. This is a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) construction contract. This acquisition is procured under NAICS code 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) with a size standard of $25M. Please reference Section L for proper preparation and submission of proposals. The Government intends to award to one (1) responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to all required terms and conditions, to include all required representations and certifications, meets all requirements set forth in the RFP, and provides the best value to the Government based on the results of the evaluation as described in Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award. In accordance with FAR 36.204(h) and DFARS 236.204(ii), the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A site visit is scheduled for this project. The 934th Airlift Wing intends to issue solicitation FA6633-25-R-0001 to solicit proposals for a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Project #QJKL 24-0014, Repair Fire Alarm and Mass Notification, Building 821 & B870. A solicitation package is anticipated to be available at www.sam.gov on or after 30 July 2025. Paper copies will not be available. The entire request for proposal (RFP) will be made available only on the website SAM.gov. Once the solicitation is posted, Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of this document and subsequent amendments. Plans and specifications will also be available for examination without charge at the Contracting Office upon coordination with the assigned Contract Specialist.
