This is an RFQ solicitation to establish multiple 5 year Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for lodging of members of the 934th Airlift Wing in Minneapolis, MN. Lodging facilites are to be located within 15 miles of the 934th AW Air Reserve Station. Agreements are subject to review annualy under FAR 13.303-6(b). Please reference all documents attached When drafting your capability statement, please note the following terms and conditions: • Lodging facility must be located within the state of Minnesota. • This agency is exempt from Federal, State and Local City taxes. If a tax-exempt certificate is required, it will be provided upon request. • The Government is seeking to place BPAs directly with the hotels, not third party vendors.
