Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to fully meet all requirements of the Statement of Work, Construction Specifications, Construction Drawings and all other Contract Documents related to and/or titled: “Repair Mass Notification”, QJKL 20-0008” at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station (MSP-ARS), Minnesota. The purpose of this project is to retrofit existing fire alarm control panels (FACP) with mass notification systems (MNS), replacing existing FACP with new combined FACP & MNS, replace notification devices, adding notification devices (where needed) relocating pull stations (reducing elevation above finished floor (AFF)), adding pull stations (where needed) and incidental related work. Upgrade Monaco D21 hardware and software for fire alarm and mass notification. Integrate existing installation notification and warning system (INWS) into upgraded Monaco D21 system and conduct commissioning of the each buildings fire alarm and mass notification and INWS integration. Contractor must be Monaco certified to receive award. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Note: Site Visit scheduled for 7 September 2021 at 9AM.
