This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 934 Airlift Wing at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis, Minnesota intends to solicit for a part time Catholic Priest. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number: FA663321Q0006 This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a part time Catholic Priest at 934th Airlift Wing in Minneapolis, MN. Notice to Offerors/Supplies: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20210224, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2019-1001. All work is to be performed in accordance with the PWS (Performance Work Statement), contract award guidelines, contract clauses and wage determination. This requirement is full and open competition. The NAICS code for this requirement is 813110 with a small business size standard of $7.5 Million. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the SAM.GOV system. The Offeror is responsible to download any amendments and other documents from this website without further notice from the 934th Airlift Wing. The Contractor must be in good standing with the Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS) and provide written evidence of ecclesiastical endorsement for each Catholic Priest performing services. This certification is completed using Department of Defense Form 2088, Statement of Ecclesiastical Endorsement.
