Document Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number PSC Classification Code 9340 – Glass Fabricated Materials Set Aside – Total Small Business NAICS Code: 238150 The 934th Airlift Wing intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed- price contract for services, non-personal, to provide construction services in support of the replacement of bullet proof glass at Minneapolis St. Paul Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis, Minnesota. The contractor shall perform full replacement of the bullet proof glass and any additional ancillary services. Construction services shall provide a complete removal of the existing bullet proof glass and of any other obstacles in order to complete the installation of new bullet proof glass. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 238150. The small business size standard is $16.5 million. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
