The 934th Airlift Wing is soliciting offers under solicitation number FA6633-19-Q-A011 for High Reach Truck - Boom Repair & Testing at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station located adjacent to the Minneapolis International Airport: 760 Military Highway Bldg 729 Minneapolis, MN 55450-2100 This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses concerns. The NAICS Code is 811310, Size Standard is $7.5 Million. Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, travel, materials, tools, equipment, training, accessories and any other items necessary to repair/replace and test the boom on the high reach truck at the 934th Airlift Wing in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Replace: Upper boom assembly and all associated parts and labels. Testing: Certified dielectric and load tests will be completed on the vehicle after completion of repairs. The vendor will follow all industry and manufacturer standards, as well as, OSHA and DOT specifications when repairing/replacing and testing the boom. The warranty on the completed work shall be the industry and manufacturer standard. Government Furnished Services (GFS): The government will deliver and pick up upon completion of repairs the equipment within a 50 mile radius of Minneapolis St Paul Air Reserve Station Prospective offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website and complete the representations and certifications at https://www.sam.gov. Please ensure all proposals are compliant with the attached performance work statement. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following order: 1) Price and 2) Technical Acceptability.
