The 934th Airlift Wing is soliciting offers under solicitation number FA6633-19-Q-A003 for Fertilizer and Herbicide application at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station located adjacent to the Minneapolis International Airport: 760 Military Highway Bldg 729 Minneapolis, MN 55450-2100 This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses concerns. The NAICS Code is 561730, Size Standard is $7.5 Million. Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment to apply fertilization and weed control services at the 934th Airlift Wing in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for a base year with up to four additional option years. Application areas are approximately 24.2 acres. All lawn areas annotated in the attached maps are to be treated. Any variations from the approved Herbicide Products outlined under Section 3 of the Performance Work Statement must be submitted for approval by the Contracting Officer. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with guidelines established by Federal, State and local ordinances, and the Contractor's procedure manual and quality control manual. Contractor shall conform to all regulations for: examining and licensing of herbicide control operators; performance of herbicide control; and use of approved herbicide control fertilization while working at the 934th Airlift Wing. Contractor shall furnish fertlizer and applicator licenses issued by the State of Minnesota. Prospective offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website and complete the representations and certifications at https://www.sam.gov. Please ensure all proposals are compliant with the attached performance work statement. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting. Ouotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2 (Price & Technical acceptability).
