The 934th Airlift Wing (AFRC) will be soliciting for a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), Base Paving and Markings. Work to be performed under NAICS code: 237310 size standard $36.5M. Work to include (but is not limited to) tasks in a variety of trades such as pavement, excavation, underground conduits (for exterior electrical, plumbing, communications, storm and sanitary sewer), traffic markings, painting, demolition, and concrete work. Location will be at various sites and may include the restricted airfield area at the Minneapolis-St Paul Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis MN. The 934th Airlift Wing is contemplating making a multiple award for a Paving BOA in accordance with procedures FAR Part 16. All task orders will be competed against the pool of contractors who hold a BOA with the 934th. This acquisition is being solicited pursuant to FAR Part 19.5, and is issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. , competitive RFP using a Best Value - Trade Off approach for evaluation purposes. Magnitude of acquisition is between $250K and $500K. The solicitation, specifications, drawings, wage determination and any other applicable documents will be available via electronic means only at www.fbo.gov on or about 8 April 2019 under solicitation #FA6633-19-Q0001. All contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database - www.sam.gov and have completed the on-line Representations and Certifications to be eligible to receive award, and must also be registered for the applicable NAICS Code 237310 under their profile. Interested vendors should sign up on this web site in the "Interested Vendor List (IVL)" tab to view, and sign up to "watch" the opportunity to receive notices. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review this web site frequently for any additional information, updates and amendments. An organized site visit is not required at this time; however, if offered a BOA, they will be required for certain requirements under the BOA.
