This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number: FA6633-20-Q-A004 This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for the procurement and delivery of Bulk Gravel materials (commodities) to construct a Running Track at the 934th Airlift Wing, Minneapolis, MN. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20200605, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2019-1001. Notice to Offerors/Supplies: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. All work is to be performed in accordance with the SOW (Statement of Work), contract award guidelines, & contract clauses. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 324121 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2, Price, Technical Acceptability, Delivery Schedule. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the SAM.GOV system. The offeror is responsible to download any amendments and other documents from this website without further notice from the 934th Airlift Wing. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards should no single contractor be able to provide all the equipment on time and at a fair & reasonable price. Quotes are due electronically by 11:00 AM Central Standard Time 30 June, 2020 to Karen Gillen at karen.gillen@us.af.mil with a courtesy copy to Sharon Frank-Scheierl, Contracting Officer, at sharon.frank-scheierl.2@us.af.mil. The Contractor is required to provide adequate information to assure the delivery of the gravel listed as required in July or August 2020. All qualified responsive/responsible offerors may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency if received timely.
