This is a Firm Fixed Price contract to repair the barrel roof of Hangar 9 at Westover Air Reserve Base in Chicopee, Massachusetts. The period of performance is 365 calendar days, which includes a mandated winter shutdown from December 2026 through March 2027. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000. The work involves the complete removal and replacement of the approximately 59,588-square-foot TPO roof system, along with related modifications and safety upgrades. Funds are not currently available for this project, and the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.
