This project is a Design-Build contract. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and miscellaneous services to accomplish this work in strict accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 28 June 2024 and all associated documents. Invitation for Bid (IFB) will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This solicitation is a competitive 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220 with a corresponding size standard of $19.0 Million. Estimated period of performance is two hundred twenty (220) calendar days; seventy (70) for design and one hundred fifty (150) for construction. In accordance with FAR 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. There is no Government Furnished Property supplied for this project. A site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, 24 July 2024 at 10:00AM EDT. Please refer to Section L of the solicitation for specific details. Prior to supplying a bid, interested bidders must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Firms can register via the SAM internet website at https://SAM.gov. If the bidder is a Joint Venture (JV), the JV entity must have a valid SAM registration in the SAM database representing the JV as one business/firm/entity. If at the time of award, a bidder is not successfully and actively registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective bidder. The solicitation and all supporting documentation is posted at this site for review and download. All contractors and subcontractors interested in this project must register at this site https://SAM.gov. It is the bidder(s) responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments to the solicitation.
