The BOS Services contract includes training for Westover ARB Reservists. Period of Performance is 1 Dec 2021 to 31 May 2023. This action will be sole source to Phoenix Management, Inc. (PMI). PMI possesses the performance continuity and unique operational knowledge of the services required to support the base to prevent a lapse of mission essential services required for AFRC mission requirements.
