The project consists of procuring, transporting and installing a 40ft by 45ft modular building. The facility will be near Single Room Operation Center (SROC) and will include 10 workstations, a Special Access Program (SAP) compartmented area, and a briefing area, able to handle TS-SCI level classified material.This project will comply with DoD and CENTCOM antiterrorism/force protection (AT/FP) requirements per United Facility Criteria 4-010-05, UFC 4-010-05, UFC 1-201-01, UFC 3-600-01, ICS 705-1, and the IC Tech Spec-for ICD/ICS 705. Vendors and workforce must be from the United States and be United States Citizens. Vendors will need to have a CUI Non-Disclosure Agreement signed and submitted to POC before receiving attachments. The 332 AEW intends to solicit and procure construction of secure space/SCIF for SROC at an undisclosed location in the Southewest Asia region. This synopsis is to allow industry to prepare for a solicitation after this synopsis. Due to national security all vendors submitting a proposal must sign and submit the attached non-disclosure agreement to both POC's. The potential vendors must be able to guarantee that the facilities will be accredited under Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705. All potential vendors must have a Defense Security Services (DSS) Top Secret Facility Clearance (FCL). This SCIF must meet certain criteria: ICD 705, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities ICS 705-1, Physical and Technical Standards for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities ICS 705-2, Standards for the Accreditation and Reciprocal Use of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities IC Tech Spec – for ICD/ICS 705 and DCID 6/9 If you are interested, please feel free to contact the POCs
