This procurement is required in order to provide services to provide server-based cost estimating software to Grand Forks AFB, ND. This procurement is intended to be awarded as a sole source due to the proprietary rights Trimble Inc. has over WinEst Pro Plus Cost Estimating software. The NAICS for this requirement is 541519 with a size standard of $30.0M. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting From A Single Source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government.
