The Contractor shall provide nine (9) Cultural Advisor personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to locate, screen, hire, and maintain cultural advisors capable of modern standard Arabic and standard English (minimum at the 9th grade level) to serve in the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) area of responsibility (AOR). Cultural Advisors shall be assigned to the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW).
