The 386 Expeditionary Contracting Squadron is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) as unrestricted/full and open competition. This contract will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract to construct a Access Roads at Camp Sparta. This is a design/build contract. This solicitation will adhere to FAR, DFARS and AFFARS regulations. The period of performance is 180 days. The contractor shall perform all work as specified in the attachments and as shown on the project drawings for the project. A site visit has been scheduled on 23 Aug 23 at 09:00 a.m. GST and the proposal/offer is due on 13 Sep 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Kuwait Local Time. All questions are due on 28 Aug 23 at 04:30 p.m. GST as discussed on the Site Visit. Please be advised that you will need access at Ali Al Salem Air Base to participate on this opportunity. All required information to gain base access will have to be sent by 02 Aug 23 (a maximum of 2 participants per company). Furthermore, your company is required to be registered and fully vetted/acceptable in the Joint Contingency Contracting System (https://www.jccs.gov/JCCSCOE/JCXSApps.aspx) and System for Award Management (https://sam.gov/content/home) to participate in this opportunity.
