This is a Sources Sought notice for planning purposes only and is not a formal solicitation. The project involves establishing Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACC) for general construction work, including maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction. The anticipated contract structure is for one base year plus four option years, with a possible six-month service extension. The primary performance location will be Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB) in Qatar, with work potentially at other locations within the AUAB area of responsibility. The Government anticipates awarding up to six IDIQ contracts.
