This is a Sources Sought Notice to identify potential sources capable of providing telecommunication services for NIPR at Al Udeid Airbase (AUAB), Qatar. The contractor must provide personnel, equipment, and supervision to perform ISDN landline telecommunication services, including direct exchange lines and 60 channels of SIP-T for a 6-month base period. Performance will take place at AUAB, Qatar, and the government anticipates making award on 27 August 2026. Past procurement was via a BOA with Ooredoo, and market research suggests Ooredoo may be the only source with the required landline infrastructure and copper wiring capability. The government is seeking to determine if any other viable sources exist.
