IMPORTANT CLAUSES/NOTICES 52.232-18 – Availability of Funds Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. Delivery Method: If a company wishes to provide and alternative delivery solution other than Shipping through Dover to Al Udeid Airbase, on the basis that it provides a better value to the government. Please provide both shipping Options (I.E: shipping to Dover cost, and Alternative shipping cost). DOVER SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1. Once your items have been palletized/packaged, please send an email to the Contracting Officer AND the 379 ECONS/LGCA organizational inbox (379econs.commodities@auab.afcent.af.mil) with the following information: The number of pallets/skids The weight of each pallet/skid The dimensions (length, width, and height) in Inches of each pallet/skid The estimated price of each pallet/skid **Upon receiving the information listed above, the Contracting Officer will generate a form DD1149 as well as Shipping Labels and send them to you promptly** STEP 2. Once you have been provided the DD1149 and the Shipping Labels: Place 1 copy of Shipping Label on the outside of box/pallet/skid Place 1 copy of DD1149 on the outside of the box/pallet/skid Place 1 copy of DD1149 on the inside of the box/pallet/skid Notify the Contracting Officer AND the 379 ECONS/LGCA organizational inbox (379econs.commodities@auab.afcent.af.mil) that you have completed this checklist and ship the pallet(s)/skid(s) to: FY9125 436 APS TRTC BLDG 550 CP 302 677 4390 550 ATLANTIC ST DOVER AFB DE 19902-5061 **THE CORRECTED SOLICITATION IS THE UPDATED VERSION.
