This is a sources sought for a Multiple Award Paving Contract (MAPC) which consist of a one year base period with four, one year option periods. In addition, the MAPC will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible construction companies wish to participate in the Multiple Award Street/Airfield Paving Contract and to gather information from industry to improve a planned Multi-Year, MAPC IDIQ procurement. This is NOT a Request for Proposal and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the United States Government to any acquisition or reimbursement for any response to this request.The Government anticipates awarding 3 IDIQ contracts; however, the Government will reserve the right to award more or fewer contracts, based on the merit of the proposals received.
