This is a sources sought for a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) which consist of a five (5) year base period with 5 one year option periods (DFARS 217.204(e)(i)/AFFARS 5317.204). In addition, the MACC will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The MACC will cover multiple disciplines in general construction to be managed by the 379th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron (ECES) at Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB), Qatar. The Government anticipates awarding 10 IDIQ contracts; however, the Government will reserve the right to award more or fewer contracts, based on the merit of the proposals received. The work will consist of multiple disciplines in design and construction such as maintenance, repair, and alteration of real property, as well as new construction of facilities. MACC project locations may also include other geographically separated locations but this work will be limited to areas of responsibility assigned to Al Udeid Air Base for facility management. Task orders will be issued under this contract, which will define project-specific requirements. Please refer to the attached Sources Sought document for further details.
