Vehicle Lease IDIQ Al Udeid AB, Qatar THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This is a Sources Sought announcement seeking responses in order to determine possible participation in the anticipated acquisition. The 379th Expeditionary Contracting Squadron (379 ECONS) intends to obtain non-personal services for Vehicle Leasing located at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 532112, Passenger Car Leasing, with a corresponding size standard of $38.5M. The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, synopsis of a solicitation, or any commitment on the behalf of the Government to later publish a solicitation. The Government will not reimburse the costs of preparing or submitting a response to this Sources Sought Notice. Any information submitted in response is strictly voluntary. Interested vendors should be aware that a valid Qatari Commercial Registration is required to perform work in Qatar. This requirement applies to all vendors and sub-contractors. This will be included in any resultant solicitation as an evaluation factor. The registration can take 2- 6 months to obtain if your company is not already registered. Foreign Vendors, including US businesses, may apply for Commercial Registration. Companies must contact the Qatari Ministry of Justice to obtain Commercial Registration. Approval and issuance is outside the control of the US Government. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform under the terms of the agreement, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, CAGE code (if applicable), point of contact for information, web site address, telephone number, and size to include whether you are US or foreign owned. 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. Limit to 30 pages. The Government is seeking feedback and comments on the Terms and Conditions and additional questions about company capabilities and the local vehicle industry. Please fill out the attached Industry Questionnaire. Industry is also invited to provide any other comments or suggestions that will be beneficial to the Terms and Conditions and the overall clarity of the documents. The Government requests interested offerors submit one copy of their capability responses by email, no later than 09:00am (Local Qatar Time) on 05 April 2019.
