Incirlik AB, Turkey is seeking vendors capable of providing air charter services for 68 personnel with personal gear, radios with lithium batteries, and personal luggage (maximum 32kg, 250cm x 79cm x 112cm). The standard air charter and bus transportation services that are being requested adhere to international regulations, customs, and border requirements from point of origin Zvartnots International Airport to Nuremberg International Airport on 29 or 30 May 2025 (dates will be finalized upon award). Return charter flight from Nuremberg International Airport to Zvartnots International Airport on 20 or 21 June 2025 (dates will be finalized upon award). The contractor shall provide bus transportation from Nuremberg International Airport to Hohenfels training area (Germany) and back (between 29 May 2025 - 21 June 2025, dates will be finalized upon award).
