The 39th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Incirlik Air Base, Turkey is seeking potential sources for Secondary Crash Net System with Installation. Please see below required products and specifications: CLIN Product 001 Brand name or equal to: Consort Alert System Equal to must meet the following: Must have Secondary Crash Net activation capability and an additional extension to provide immediate access by other personnel on-duty, monitoring and training purposes. The Secondary Crash Net may be a separate telephone or integrated into a multi-line call center. The telephone must have a visual feature which activates as each two-way party on the Secondary Crash Net picks up the handset. Must use a noise reduction feature such as push-to-talk handsets or mute function to filter out background noise. Meets FAA Advisory Circular requirements for ARFF Communications and DoD Air Force Instruction for Airfield Operations Procedures and Programs 002 Installation and training at Incirlik AB, Turkey The recommended North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334211 – Telephone Apparatus Manufacturing Please accompany your submission with answers to the questions below: 1. Are you able to provide the requested product? 2. Are you able to install the product at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey? 3. Do other products exist that can fulfill this need to the same standard as the brand listed above? If so, please provide a substitution product that meets all required specifications. 4.
