This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA5685-23-Q-0008 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01, effective 30 December 2022. No business set aside is use as this is an overseas requirement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310 – Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the delivery and installation of Secondary Crash Net System in accordance with Attachment 1 – Statement of work. Delivery will start NLT 45 days after award and installation shall be completed NLT 60 days after award. The selection methodology for award will be made by Technical Price Trade-Off (TPT). The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order for the subject acquisition. Quotes are due by 10:00 PM (Eastern Time), on Tuesday, 4 April 2023.
