This project involves the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of a permanent 120 kW electrical power supply system for the South Large Aircraft Maintenance Shelter at Air Base 71 in Câmpia Turzii, Romania. The construction phase must be completed within 45 working days after materials are on site. The scope includes trenching, conduit and cable installation, panel modifications, and comprehensive grounding and lightning protection, with all work and materials complying with Romanian and EU standards. Key deliverables are a fully operational system, as-built drawings, and testing documentation, followed by a one-year warranty. The work will be performed entirely at Air Base 71, with the USAF and RoAF providing coordination and site access support.
