The solution must meet the following salient characteristics: Ultra-lightweight Camouflage Net System (24 units) -Reversible (Desert/woodland), all-weather, multispectral, modular camouflage system -Provides visual, Near IR, Shortwave IR, thermal, and radar signature concealment -Operator repairable, maintainable -Fire retardant/water repellent -Camouflage pattern equivalent to those in use by US Special Operations Forces Sniper/Observer/Recon poncho (10 units) -Reversible poncho-style garment (lightwood/desert) -lightweight (less than 3lbs), modular -Fire retardant/water repellent -Provides visual, Near IR, Shortwave IR, and thermal detection protection -Camouflage pattern equivalent to those in use by US Special Operations Forces Personal Camouflage suit (20 units) -Reversible (lightwood/desert) -Provides visual, Near IR, Shortwave IR, and thermal detection protection -Fire retardant, water repellent -Weight less than 5lbs -Camouflage pattern equivalent to those in use by US Special Operations Forces
