The objective of this requirement is to develop and implement an ECM software suite onto currently the currently existing 31 CES Organization’s servers and train the appropriate personnel in the use of said software suite, and the procedures necessary to build/modify new interfaces and custom API. In accordance with the attached Sources Sought Documentation dated 10 Jul 25. This is purely a sources sough to gauge market interest and potential sources for a solicitation. As a result no contract will be awarded from any correspondence received from this posting. Responses are due by 22 Jul 25 at 1300 Central European time.
