This solicitation is looking to acquire the Hylan... 20 Aug 2025 The purpose of this amendment is to change the solicitation parameter from full and open competetion to a brand name or equal acquisition. This solicitation is looking to acquire the Hyland Alfresco system, or equal, as determined by the specifications listed out in the PWS dated 16 July 25 The reason for this change is to ensure compatibility with Air Force Cyber Security systems, ensure continous ATO renewals, and compatability with exsisting Air Force IT systems. Additionally attached is a list of RFI questions that have already been answered pretaining to this requirement. If there are any additional questions please submit them by August 27th at 1300 CET. ECM software installation and support for 31 CES TQMS project implementation as defined in this Performance Work Statement dated 16 July 25 except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. An onsite solution is non-negotiable, due to the nature of the requirement a cloud-based solution will not be accepted. Due to the nature of the software, and the need for integration with Air Force systems, any and all proposed solutions must be compatible with AF Cyber Security requirements, if a solution proves to be incompatible with AF Cyber Security requirements, the government reserves the right to award to the next qualified vendor. Vendors are expected to review the entirety of the solicitation document and its attachments.
