Amended 8 Sept 25: The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional information about the chemical composition of various liquid waste sites around the installation in the form of sample analyses conducted in 2024 Amended 27 Aug 25: A site visit will be held on 05 Sep 25 at 1100 local time. All interested parties will meet at the LVIS gate for inprocessing. This solicitation is being generated to address the need for Intergrated Liquid Waste Management at Aviano Air Base in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 01 July 25. The resulting award from this solicitation will be in the form of a Blanket Purchase Agreement with one (1) five (5) year ordering period. The CLIN structure of this solicitation will be used to generate the price list for the subsequent BPA. Offerors are expected to prepare their quotes in a manner consistent with Section L and Section M of the attached Request for Quote document. Failure to do so will result in the quote being deemed technically non-responsive and will not be considered for award. A site visit is available upon request from an interested contractor.
