The United States Air Force (USAF) anticipates awarding a single or multiple Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Purchase Order for quantity of three (3) ADR EXIII Certified Enclosed and one (1) ADR EXII Certified Open Flatbed Trailers, each capable of meeting this solicitation's specifications, outlined in Attachment 3 - Requirement Specifications_Amendment 1. Additionally, the Government requires preferred delivery to AVIANO AIR BASE, ITALY (Commercial Door-to-Door) or alternative delivery point in continental European Union. All quotes must adhere to this solicitation in its entirety to include attachments/amendments as applicable. Required Delivery: 15 - 18 weeks After Receipt of Order (ARO), not to exceed 365 days after receipt of order (ARO) Subject to Availability of Funds: Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The subject assets shall be acquired using FAR Part 12 procedures for the Acquisition of Commercial Items. FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall govern this competitive acquisition (FAR 13.500(a)-acquisition is <$7.5M).
