This solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular: 2024-05 / 22 May 2024 Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Public Notice: 29 July 2024 Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular: 2024-0612 The North American Industry Size Classification (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is: 339920 REQUIREMENT INFORMATION The United States Air Force (USAF) anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Purchase Order for quantity 65 Wet Weather Gear jackets capable of meeting this solicitation's specifications, outlined in Attachment 3 - Requirement Specifications. Additionally, the Government requires direct delivery to AVIANO AIR BASE, ITALY (commercial door-to-door). All quotes must adhere to this solicitation in its entirety to include attachments/amendments as applicable to be considered responsive and eligible for award consideration.
