The United States Air Force (USAF) anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed price (FFP) Purchase Order for BRAND NAME AEGIR- 38 Tactical maritime Kits capable of meeting this solicitation's specifications, outlined in Attachment 3- Requirement Specifications. Additionally, the Government requires direct delivery to Aviano Air Base, Italy. All quotes must adhere to this solicitation in its entirety to include attachments/amendments as applicable. Availability of Funds. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Required delivery date: 15 - 25 Weeks After Receipt Of Order (ARO) or Best Available shipping terms.
