This upgrade includes the replacement of the existing projector with a high-definition TV monitor, installation of new ceiling-mounted microphones, and integration of advanced capabilities to facilitate mass NIPR VTC (Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Video Teleconference) capabilities and various other functions.
