This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number for this requirement is FA568224Q0011. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The United States Air Force (USAF) anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a Fuels Lab in accordance with all requirements set forth in Appendix 1, to include all items in the descriptions and requirements in the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The proposed solution must also be in compliance with all regulations listed in Appendix 2. Contractor will provide all tools, supplies, transportation, for the delivery of one Fuels Lab at Larissa AB, Greece. Specific Instructions All offerors are required to complete and submit the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation dated 27 June 2024 of this solicitation IAW all instructions set forth in the document. *NOTE: Any responses not containing technical specifications specific to the submitted solution will not be accepted, and will be considered not responsive. Contractors MUST NOT merely repeat the requirements set forth in Appendix 1. BASIS FOR AWARD: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
