THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, PROPOSAL ABSTRACTS, OR QUOTATIONS. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining appropriate acquisition methods and assess qualified vendor availability. The 371st Expeditionary Air Base Squadron (EABS) is seeking qualified sources for the provisioning of commodities and services at Larissa Air Base (AB), Greece. The Government is seeking local sources in Larissa, Greece, and surrounding areas however any interested source capable of providing the commodities and services below at Larissa AB should submit their capability statement. Requirements List (Not all-inclusive) - Long Term Lodging (Hotels, apartments etc.) - Vehicle Rental (Standard vehicles, pick-up trucks, 9/15/21 pax vans) - Shuttle Services (30/40/50 pax busses) - Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Rental - Custodial Services - Portable Toilet Rental/Cleaning Services - Fuel (Diesel/Gasoline) - Fuel Storage Tanks (500gal - 10000gal) - Communication (Cellphones & service, Wi-Fi) - HAZMAT Storage Containers - HAZMAT Waste Removal The Government's intent is to identify potential sources/companies that can meet the requirements above to establish a capable vendor base in Larissa, Greece. All qualified sources are invited to submit capability statements that substantiate their experience and qualifications in providing any of the above commodities and/or services. Interested sources shall indicate if they have fulfilled similar requirements to those stated in this notice. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, and telephone number, point of contact (POC), and brochures which will allow the Government to understand your companies’ offerings.
