Speakers Directional Info" ************************************************** The 31st Contracting Squadron is issuing this solicitation to upgrade the existing Aviano AFB Giant Voice system. The US Government requirement is for the Contractor to Engineer, Design, Furnish, Install, and Test (EDFI&T) a turnkey Giant Voice (GV) System at Aviano AB, Italy. All work shall be performed in accordance with National, Regional, Local, Laws/Codes, and safety standards dictated by most current Italian laws and directives. This requirement is to support the 31st Communication Squadron, Aviano AB mission. SITE VISIT A Pre-quotation Conference and Site Visit are planned for 28 AUGUST 2023, at 10.00 A.M. local time and will be held at Aviano AFB, Italy. All prospective offerors are highly encouraged to attend and are encouraged to inspect the sites where the requirement is to be performed.
